Made this script a few months ago for the purpose of changing my TTL values on the fly.
This script will work for ANYONE on Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11.
Script can be used for the purpose of 'hiding' hotspot usage on most major US carriers. (Verizon, AT&T & T-Mobile)
Run as ADMIN and follow prompts.
